Central Indiana Private Teacher Registry

The Phillips Music Guild of Indianapolis maintains this registry as a service to music students.  We believe that the people listed in this registry are all competent, well recognized, successful teachers.  However, this listing should not be considered a recommendation or guarantee of any kind.  These teachers are all available for hire as private contractors and any transaction you make will be entirely between you and the private teacher.

Find a teacher by instrument category

The Phillips Music Guild of Indianapolis works closely with private teachers.  Private teachers are in the best position to develop the various technical skills needed to become a musician.  The Guild provides an ensemble environment for those skills to be refined within the context of fellow musicians playing a wide variety of musical styles.  Private instruction and the guild experience are highly complementary.

Private teachers often mentor at Guild sessions as their schedules permit.

In cases of financial hardship where students are exceptionally motivated, the Phillips Guild of Indianapolis can seek donors to help offset the cost of private lessons.
