Our mission is to provide a music training program to the students of Indianapolis that includes individual encouragement and opportunities for group playing with veteran musicians.  The Guild activities supplement the traditional musical education in school band programs and private lessons.

Our vision is that all Indianapolis students will have the opportunity to experience music as a vital force in their lives.  This opportunity was given to the members of the Guild in large part by the personal efforts of Robert Phillips, and we are now passing this opportunity on to the next generation.
