Paul Abbott
Mr. Abbott received two business degrees from Indiana University, and also played saxophone in the IU Marching Hundred, in dance bands, and was first chair and Principal Musician in the IU Symphonic Wind Ensemble. He's a retired marketing executive from Eli Lilly, a pilot, author of aviation books, and a former editor/publisher of Rotorcraft, an aviation magazine.
Reggie Duvalle
Mr. DuValle graduated from Jordan College of Music with a degree in Music Education. He was Assistant Band Director at Florida A&M University and taught instrumental music for 37 years in Indianapolis Public Schools. As one of the area's leading trombonists, Mr Duvalle has performed with numerous local groups and national acts such as Lionel Hampton, Marvin Gaye, Slide Hampton, and Dizzy Gillespie. He is a former Vice President of Indianapolis Musicians Local #3 and a current member of the Indianapolis Brass Choir.

Dr. Jones serves as music director for the Phillips Music Guild's adult performing groups, and is also director of the Apprentice and Journeyman ensembles.

Craig Parmerlee, Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Parmerlee is a low brass performer and an active arranger/composer. He performs regularly with many ensembles throughout the community. Professionally he is the technology manager for a large automobile rental chain.
Kent Pierce, President
Mr. Pierce is a professional structural engineer with an active supplementary career in music. Starting as a student with piano, clarinet and trombone, he has played trombone in many groups including the Howe High School Band, the Purdue Band and numerous dance, jazz, show and concert bands. He has performed with the Indianapolis Symphonic Band, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis and the Carmel Symphony Orchestra. He is a member of the Meridian Trombone Quartet and the Carriage House Brass Quintet. He also has performed vocal music with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir. He is a former protégé of Bob Phillips.

Dr. Weimer is in his twenty-seventh year as Professor of Music at the University of Indianapolis where he teaches music and educational technology courses. He received the B.S. Degree in music education at the Ohio State University. His Masters and Doctors degrees are from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
